Make it Plain is their statement of mind, trying to make things simple in a kind of complicated future.

Born and raised in the south of Switzerland (Ticino), they started their musical journey in January 2012. Their musical style is based on Folk, Blues and Rock’n’Roll sounds and due to the peculiarity of their setup and backline they decided to define their style as POWER FOLK.

MAKE PLAIN is a two-man band and during their live set they play blues harps, guitars, drums, synth bass, piano and both sing.

With more than 600 performances on the European scene, they had the great opportunity to do a German tour called “Innocence” in February 2019, playing the first part of the renowned South African band Prime Circle.

In February 2020, they played the “Folk & Rollin’ Tour”, which took them to Spain, Colombia and Mexico City. They started in Barcelona, where they played for two nights, opening for the legendary band “No Te Va Gustar” in the historic Sala Apolo.

They flew overseas to perform in various cities including Bogota, Pereira, Medellin and Mexico City.

For the next two years they worked with the Lucky Tiger Records label on a 13-song album at the Power Play Studios in Maur (ZH). On 1st June they played the new album “RUST MUD DUST” for the first time live at the beautiful Auditorio Stelio Molo (RSI Swiss Television).

On September 2024 they will release “RUST MUD DUST” on all digital platforms.
