Return & Refund Policy Overview

Returns and refunds are available within 30 days of purchase for items in their original condition and packaging. Exceptions include perishable goods and intimate items. Non-returnable items are gift cards, downloadable software, and certain health and personal care products.

Completing Your Return

Proof of purchase is required. Items should not be sent back to the manufacturer. Partial refunds may apply for used items or goods not in their original condition.

Sale Items and Exchanges

Sale items are not refundable. We replace defective or damaged items.

Return shipping costs to our facility are the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, customers must also pay for shipping when we send a replacement item. Consider using trackable shipping for valuable items.
